The villa occupies 75 square metres indoors and 90 square metres outdoors, is independent and boasts its own swimming pool. It sleeps four people. It consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms one of which en-suite, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a commodious, outdoor dining area.

Entering the villas, the impressive big windows open up to the nature and the horizon while blending with the indoor space. The two bedrooms and the spacious outdoor dining area, all have a beautiful view both of the private swimming pool and the sea so that one can enjoy serene break of dawns and picturesque sunsets. Decorated with earthy and white colours the villas present an unforced and calm sense of luxury, while their privacy ensures moments of relaxation and tranquility. The mattresses, pads and pillows were all carefully selected from the eco-friendly range of products by COCO MAT, guaranteeing dreamy nights conducted by an orchestra of crickets and waves.
The beach is merely 50 metres away and it provides access to the very popular attraction “Porto Timoni”. The stunning village of Afionas is only a 10-minute drive away and offers breathtaking views. Last but not least, in the complex private parking space is included, plus access to visitors with disabilities is available in one of the villas.

Frequently Asked Questions
At the time of your booking you must have a valid credit card under your name.
Your card will be instantly charged 25% of the total fees as a warranty. The remainder of the total fees will automatically be charged 30 days prior to check-in (οn the second payment due date, Sun ‘n salt will automatically charge the original payment method you used to make the booking).
For long term stay bookings (28 days or more) a discount of 15% will be applied.
If you make a modification to a booking, you will be notified of the revised payment schedule, as applicable. If the modification increases your total fees, you may be required to make an additional partial payment of the new total fees at the time of the modification.
You authorize Sun ‘n Salt to collect all amounts due from you pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms by charging the Payment Method used to make the booking. You agree that you may not be able to pay for the booking with a different Payment Method or pursuant to a different payment schedule.
If Sun ‘n Salt is unable to collect any payment pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms, you authorize Sun ‘n Salt to cancel the booking on your behalf. If the booking is canceled, you will be refunded based on cancellation policy.
The 25% warranty is refundable if you choose to cancel your booking 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks prior to check-in you will receive 50% back. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
In case of no-show the client is charged 100% of the total reservation amount. Any discount that had been applied (long term stays, promotions etc) will not be valid and the client will be charged under the season’s daily rate. If the client has chosen any extra services (airport transfer, pre-stocking, etc) he will be charged 100% for the total pre-agreed services.
